How do I upload my artwork?
Once you have added your items to cart, you will have the opportunity to upload your graphics for each item. If your graphics are not ready when you place your order, you may email them later to [email protected].
What is the turnaround time on your banner stand products?
Once we receive your order form and print ready artwork, we will product an electronic proof for print approval within 24 business hours. Once we receive your proof approval, our typically turnaround time for production is 48 hours. Larger projects can take longer depending on size and fulfillment. Please contact us for more details. We ship out of our production facility in Ontario, Canada.
What is included in the price of your banner stands?
A complete banner stand unit will include hardware (pole & banner base) along with a full color printed banner, and a carry bag of your choice.
What materials do print on?
Our 13oz. vinyl media has anti-curl properties to keep your banner looking great. We also offer a heavier 15oz. vinyl for exterior applications. Our printed fabric materials bring a new look and an easy-to-use option for your banners, back drops and more.
What is a dye-sublimation printer?
Dye-sublimation printing is a direct to fabric printing technique. The ink is applied directly to the substrate and sublimated with heat and pressure. Textiles can be customized with photo quality images that become a permanent part of the fabric. Applications for dye-sublimation printing would include tradeshow backdrops, fabric banners and flags.
Do you offer any type of warranty on your display banners?
Lynx offers limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer hardware defects. Please refer to our Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions.
How are the retractable hook and loop banners be changed out to accept a new graphic?
We offer a complimentary banner changing service (all you pay is the cost of the new banner, and the shipping) or you may follow the poster replacement instructions.
What type of files do you accept?
Please refer to our graphic submission guidelines policy for steps and considerations when producing an acceptable printing graphic. Requirements include a minimum 300dpi resolution, PDF format and CMYK colour space/mode.
Do you offer graphic design services to help create the layout of the banners?
We encourage you to create your own artwork file(s) to cut down on the back and forth and decrease the overall delivery time for your order. That said, we do have design capabilities in-house to assist you for an hourly rate.
Do we receive an electronic proof before printing?
Yes, all orders are e-mailed an electronic proof at no additional charge. Once we receive electronic proof approval, your order will be moved into production. At this time, we can confirm a more accurate delivery date.
Is shipping for banner stands included in the price?
Shipping charges are extra. Any shipping charges will be automatically calculated within our e-commerce website once you have added your items to cart and are ready to submit your order. When requesting a larger quantity proposal from Lynx, shipping costs will be added to your quotation. Please specify if you have multiple destinations for your order to obtain accurate shipping costs.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept credit card payment via Visa or MasterCard only.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship to both Canada and the United States.
How do I place an order? Can you take an order over the phone?
You may either use our online e-commerce platform by creating an account and placing your order or by emailing/calling us to discuss your requirements. For larger inquiries, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your requirements.
